Liana A. Marquis
President/CEO

Mrs. Marquis has more than 20 years of experience in the private security industry and directs the management and operations of Ameritex on a daily basis. All principle financial, personnel and administrative matters are reviewed and authorized by Mrs. Marquis. Along with her experience and day-to-day involvement in company operations, she is also constantly seeking new opportunities to expand Ameritex. As the primary executive in company operations, Mrs. Marquis sets company priorities and monitors overall performance of all company contract operations.

Robert E. Marquis
Executive Vice President

Mr. Marquis has been active in the management, operations and sales of private security services in the Dallas/Ft Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio markets since 1979.

Prior to his involvement with private security, Mr. Marquis was a top graduate of the U.S. Marine Corps Marine Security Officer School.  He served as the second in command of the Marine Detachment, American Embassy in Paris, France.  Mr. Marquis also served in various detachments and capacities in the Marine Corps until his retirement. 

Mr. Marquis is an active member of many professional and community organizations including American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), and Associated Security Services and Investigators of the State of Texas (ASSIST).

As the Executive Vice-President, Mr. Marquis is responsible for the preparation of the business plan for submission to the President. His responsibilities include financing arrangements and review of company financial reports and participation at trade shows and conventions. 

Victor Gonzalez
Operations Manager

Mr. Gonzalez, has 12 years experience in the security industry.  Prior to joining Ameritex Guard Services, Victor had responsibility for security management events at the Dallas Museum of Art, for events attended by up to 10,000 people.   Prior to his promotion to Operations Manager, Victor served as the lead field supervisor for Ameritex and in this capacity Victor was responsible for the supervision and inspection of personnel.  Victor is currently responsible for the day-to-day operations including scheduling, field supervision, on-site supervision, and training of supervisors.

Erica Lewis
Human Resources Manager

Erica Lewis joined Ameritex Guard Services in 2011 and brings with her over 10 years of Human Resource and client service experience. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Organization Leadership. Prior to working for Ameritex, Mrs. Lewis worked for an HR consulting firm, iSource Consulting Group, as a Human Resource Manager. Other positions she has held are Inside Sales, Recruiter and assistant to the CEO. Mrs. Lewis specializes in human resources issues, infrastructure and development. Her goal here is to create functional workplace process and procedures in order to strategically align the human resources department with the goals, vision and philosophy of Ameritex Guard Services. Lewis is involved in her community and an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the National Association of Professional Women.

Eve Travelstead
Business Development Manager

Ms. Travelstead joined Ameritex Guard Services in April, 2009 as Business Development Manager for the North Texas region.  Eve has more than 10 years experience selling in a consultative environment where she’s been successful in exceeding her client’s expectations for responsiveness and on-going service.  Prior to joining Ameritex, Eve sold workforce management software to the security industry (including Ameritex), and established a reputation for developing professional, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
